I use a Nylon roller with 11 ball bearings inside the wheel. These are the quietest rollers available. Generally garage doors come with a metal roller which can be noisy or a hard plastic roller with no ball bearings.

A complete roller change is $29.99 along with any garage door repair. (7 or 8 Ft tall doors only)
