Rollers
Garage door rollers are a critical part of the garage door, they are in constant contact with the track and basically keep the door from falling off the tracks.
Garage door rollers are either made of nylon or metal. Nylon rollers are typically quieter than metal rollers. Nylon rollers with ball bearings are the best rollers available.
A typical garage door roller has a 4" stem and the roller is slightly less than 2" in diameter and is referred to as a 2" roller on most residential doors.
You will find 7" stem rollers on commercial applications. 7" stem rollers will work on residential doors and can prevent the door stem from coming out of the track if the spacing is to much between the door and track.
If your door has 4 sections you will need 10 rollers, if it is a 5 section door you will need 12 rollers
